This company has been liquidated and is completely out of business. The proceeds from the liquidation and all other sources only paid just over 10% of its secured debt, none of the unsecured debt and other obligations. Company is dead and still has a massive debt that it cannot pay.

$4.17 is a value of $540M (plus shares in an operating company??? LOL!!!!!) for a company that only had $100M of liabilities. There is no universe in which a company that solvent files for bankruptcy. $4.17 is a complete hoax, and the buyout/dividend fairy tale has no basis in fact, not a shred of truth, not a single document since the SISP showing interest from anywhere in acquiring BioAmber.

Anybody that wants to know about BioAmber needs to leave tweeterland and read through the monitor's reports, the court motions and orders.
