Did the sec accept their From 15 fiasco? No one knows!

If the sec accepts it (despite being filled out incorreclty) ARYC might (at some point) file a Form 10 registration statement which will subject them to Exchange Act reporting requirements moving forward. It means they will have to file two recent years of audited financials.

Good luck with that..LMAO. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
