Dark CE ticker. Business license in default. Might as well be an empty shell.

I said it before...they had plenty of time to renew their business license. Why would they wait? Why didn't their world class lawyer advise them to renew? No legit business operates that way especially during a supposed merger.

This ticker is hot garbage.
