Did you read Generac's cc call transcript? They say the same thing about T-mobile and AT&T as POLA. They also see the power outages in Calif as a big concern for telecom since only about 30% of towers have long term back up (i.e. generators). Of course they also see residential gains in Calif as huge, but they also are doing the dealership and home consultations route while POLA will put brochures in the mail.
