I think Kim knows this, Jet. Remember, however, that he is an attorney, and he does everything cautiously and in avoidance of any law suit or legal situation. He felt it was prudent to release this information in advance. He probably did it too far in advance though.

No matter, Kim has so many arrows in the quiver right now that just one huge PR would blast us past .85 in a few days. KBLB has that kind of explosive power, IMHO. It is all just a matter of time, and that time is coming closer and closer to KABOOM. One or two good PR's, and I believe they are now in the pipeline, will shoot us beyond one dollar very easily and way beyond that.

Remember, financing must be solidified before any up list, so that will be announced at some point. KBLB is firing on all cylinders production wise, and a contract cannot be too far off. Announcements of production amounts and earnings are right around the corner, IMHO.

Once we complete the RS and up list, the waves will subside, and it will be clear sailing. Again, we are so far undervalued that it amazes me! GO KBLB!
