Based on your criteria 80% of OTC stocks are "Illiquid"! WPUR is a Clean Shell and it is very normal without any business at all! I'm not concern about its liquidity at all! I'm just worrying about if it will crash back to its All-Time-Low 0.0001 or last year's low 0.0002 again? I'm ok if it hits current 52-week-low 0.0003 again since I'll add more shares at the Bottom 0.0003 to average down my cost base.

Hopefully the most recent low 0.0004 could provide strong New bottom support for WPUR so that it could bounce back to 0.0014 or even 0.0020 again!
