Im confused on where you stand on this. You say you sold like a month ago... today you say you have 3M shares. Not sure how you accumulated 3M with the minimal volume in the past month, but ok.

The PPS isnt "falling into oblivion", its been at this level for a while now (folks waiting on news). If they are in negotiations, does it really matter if the suit isn't settled YET. Stop looking for instant results and just chill out dude. Every day its something with you. Sit watch and visit some other playgrounds in the meantime.
