If it sounds too good to be true, it often is.
As with all the hype before certain mile stones over the last two years, it almost never pans out for either "extremist" party.
On one side is the "doom and gloom cancellation" party and on the other side is the "we are millionaires $4+ PPS"
Each one has done DD, each one thinks they are right, and through it all PWC has been silent about share outcomes.
In my opinion, something bigger is at play, because when you get a 98% discount on something there's usually a hook. Or when a "simple" transaction takes over a year, something is going on. But I don't expect anywhere north of $1.
