SGMD Q2 $6.0m. ......(BZRTH $5m + Carryoutsupplies $1m)
SGMD Q3. $8.5m ......(BZRTH $7.5m+ Carryoutsupplies $1m)
SGMD O/S 3,869,671....(1,160,901,375 ÷300)
SGMD Float 1.5m approx..(440,956,791÷300=1,469,855) ..as of 9/30

Q2 (Oct/Nov/Dec) should include BZRTH Nov/Dec revenue

Forward guidance revenues established using existing operations previous past performance, does not include any growth projections.

Come Feb15,2020..SGMD Q2 should report at least $6m..and if R/S in effect today, SGMD O/S 3.87m and Float 1.5m*..

Repeat, upcoming SGMD Q2 Feb15 reports solid $6m revenue, O/S 3.87m, Float 1.5m*

We've seen some crazy chit happen with low O/S and low float stocks..SGMD 2014 Float 2m and jumped from .015-.72 in three days!..Low float NUGS 2016 jumped from .083-7.42 on zero revenue! (Unfortunately, i sold 90% less than a buck) ..And doesn't take into account any additional acquisitions, just BZRTH revenues that have been achieved, and confidence that those BZRTH numbers continue into the future, and backed by publicly viewed weekly intl. Bill of Ladings hydroponic orders..btw, another 36k lbs of product arrived 11/12.

Chan, Tan and Huang hold 70% SGMD voting control, and major commons..Come Jan2020 it will be interesting to see how dilution friendly these three are..
