BioAmber is a pump and dump, and nothing more

Stick a bogus $4 price target on a nickel stock that isn't even worth that out on Twitter and hope there aren't questions asked like "why'd they go bankrupt if they were worth over 5X's their debt" or "where's a document showing that anybody would want a dead, empty, debt ridden company" hoping to seduce and reel in "dreamers" is all this is, pure pump and dump.

There isn't a shred of truth to this buyout/dividend nonsense.
