the amended 8k was done SPECIFICALLY to correct that. it was very important for the company to go back and correct it by replacing lust for life FOOTWEAR, llc with lust for life New York llc and blind faith concepts, llc and not blind faith concepts HOLDINGS, inc. why do you think it was so important for them to make the correction? because the footwear worn in the pics you shared is made by lust for life FOOTWEAR, which is the more successful arm of their business that is privately owned.
