They need the PPS higher for the new company to be able to sell the stock they got that’s #1.
#2 they will be Able to do much better financing deals with a clean Share structure.
#3 they probably want to uplist/become a better buyout candidate.
This was in the filings all along just had to read between the lines that’s why bzrth got preferreds.
#4 this is a GOOD thing after r/s. This is a BAD thing for current holders.
