Since 2008, the Company has issued approximately 300 000 000 common stock options with exercise prices ranging from $0.0028 - $0.011 per share, all of which remain outstanding as of June 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018. Redemption of such options is strictly at the discretion of the Option holders and no certain date exists for which Options are required to be exercised or forfeited."
