November 17--A view of the row from the back of the garden to street. Conditions will improve a bit Monday. I will till up soil next to the boxes and hill it. I think I need at least a distance of three feet from the boxes for row crops -- collards, cabbage, lettuces, turnips, onion sets, spinach, beets, chard, whatever makes sense.
When finished I will set to work on preparing the remainder.
