As much as I want it to be true, I am still having a hard time buying into the 4.16 dividend. I feel as if this is based off of the payout to the class action lawsuit, and isn’t apples to apples to commons holding BIOAQ today. I see the split and that looks promising, but the 4.16 dividend seems to be assumed just because someone got a deposit in their account that had BIOA shares years ago.

Hoping someone could shed some more light on the apparent “certainty” of the 4.16.
