Sol deal with verano will not be diluted,watch interview
Credit to interviewer, she asked questions in the right areas: closing of M&A, cash & raising capital and FL performance - all areas of interest if you follow HARV.

Most interesting note:

Steve referenced that due to SP/market conditions, M&A deals can be adjusted before closing - however, this wouldn't be the case with Verano because there is a fixed number of shares agreed with the transaction. Therefore he suggests the deal to go ahead unchanged
