Yes, you did mention the shelf registration in your previous post. It did not register with me in the conference call.

That is a lot of money for future acquisitions. My impression was there would be small acquisitions but nothing on the scale of Autopro -maybe something like the CSA acquisition. Perhaps, the small acquisitions are in 2019 and the shelf registration is simply a way of leaving the door open for the next year (for other bigger acquisitions)
