Is it possible to tell the company management to Stop on-going Endless Giant dilutions at $0.00009 ~ $0.0001 to let PUGE (1.2B ~ 1.5B shares OS) breathe for a while (say Six months at least) so that all the existing shareholders have a chance to push the price back up to its 52-week-high 0.0010 again? Otherwise PUGE will crash to 0 x 0.0001 very very soon...

Anyway its Non-Dilutive peer (ACTL: Zero dilution for Many years) just crashed to 0 x 0.0001 a couple of times this month with only 699M shares FIXED Tiny OS count! And its Dilutive peer (OCLG) has much much less dilutions but it already crashed to 0 x 0.0001 once last month with the smaller 1B ~ 1.2B shares OS count!
