Especially liked this quote and establishes WHY my theory could be right on the MONEY!

IMHO, there is a VERY good chance big VC funding is coming here for this merged company if they complete the joining outlined in the LOI. At least I hope. Of course could be wrong on all this. But seems like a connecting of the dots moment. As usual, everyone needs to make their own decision on their own investing since I have no definitive proof this is for sure where this is going. GLTAL.
