Rayo, I for one hope that there is NO RS or up list right now. Such an announcement would be bullish, since it puts these two issues on the back burner.

I would rather wait until the Spring for the RS and up list. By Spring, good news will abound. Right now is too shaky for a RS, IMHO, unless Kim has enough good news (continuous news) to stabilize the share price, blunt the RS and dilution news, and consistently move the share price higher.

Next week will be very interesting, but I would rather NOT squeeze all of this in so close to Thanksgiving. I say Kim should postpone these events until the Spring. That would be BULLISH, since the RS news would fade.

I am liquidating a few other investments and waiting for any possible drop to add more shares. I am ready! However, what I want even more than my hair back and good teeth is A BUYOUT. I just keep hoping and praying a BO comes along. I would be elated with only six dollars. GO KBLB!
