Again there was a requirement in being a qualified bidder....One was recapitalization...It stated ONLY qualified bids meeting the requirements stated would be forwarded and considered....and it”s unfolding right in front of us at this very moment...It”s right in the monitor report ....I would suggest a “ time out “ and read it...
