Do you think it might be possible that back when EXXE Group began preparing the RegA filing, they may have anticipated the current PPS to be well over .03 by date of RegA filing? Perhaps EXXE Group set RegA PPS at .03 to be a bargain price today when compared to what they expected the current PPS to be by now, of maybe .05, .10, or what some of us had hoped for around .19 or more! JMHO
