Gotta add this one to the watch list. $10k per share, and just prior to the RS, Arcaro converted enough shares from “debt” and services to max out the A/S, and now there’s a 500M A/S and a 250k O/S, very ripe for a stock sale. A massive RS is what should be done if there’s a desire to clean up a shell for sale to a “business,” but dang. Bet this one doesn’t end well for whoever bought at $10k ($5 pre-RS), especially considering there’s absolutely nothing in this shell at all.
