Just curious, what makes you think canopy is the world leader? Their sales don’t indicate that, as apha reported much higher revenues. Their financials don’t indicate that as they are losing 100s of million per quarter. Their international sales lag behind at least 1 lp, acb. They were unsuccessful in getting a German grow license. And to top it all off, this deal with acerage is something that has never been done in the history of the markets. Hard to say whether it will work out and obviously the timing is still unknown. At what price will canopy shares be when/if the deal goes through? I don’t know about you but given the above, there seems to be way too many ifs and risk to say they are the world leader. Canopy has expended major millions of dollars trying to get in on the cbd craze in the USA, yet are far behind existing USA players who currently have product on the shelf. Canopy lost 1000 acres of hemp production to a failed crop, to put that in perspective the current cbd/hemp leader Charlotte’s web just harvested a record harvest of about 850 acres. So I ask again, how is it that canopy is the current world leader?
