If a company is using social media to disseminate information to the public - what Pace did is illegal - as it is a violation of Reg FD.

The SEC ruled that a company could use social media to provide public information - but it can't be agenda driven - it is to provide information about the company.

So blocking isn't just unacceptable but illegal.
