I think the argument was how long Fruci took to file the quarterly report. Also a sub-argument, that it is unknown at this point if it was solely Fruci or if other factors were involved in the late filing of the 2018 10-K and 2019 Q1 10-Q. I personally feel the later to be more accurate, but that's only assumptions.

Then of course, the MM's and Note-holders took advantage of the default and began dumping shares to high hell.

So although Fruci was not the reason the OS increased, they did have an impact on the PPS and inadvertently played a part in the O/S increase as well. Well, I mean all that assuming they were at fault the filings were late.

There is no solid evidence of anything, and merely hear-say on the boards without any proof.
