There are still two weeks left in the month. One of the best things about Signet(SIGN), is that they don't spew out information based on "we have been talking to..." or are currently in talks with..." type of press releases or updates of this kind on their website, like many or most of the other OTC companies do, just to raise the share price. I find them to be honest in that respect.
