Just wondering....
Chris already knew what he was getting from merging into MCGI. But he also needed good amount of capital to grow his business quick.
Maybe his plan was to dilute the shares to pay off debt and fund his business then delist and go private. That s maybe why he doesnt care about the share price and share holders. Is it legal to do that way?
