oh its dead cattting LOL. a Dead cat bounce by most definitions is a bounce followed by new lows and TORC is doing just that except it is barely bouncing. 1.18 I think I last saw -85% as big as they get and normally I would be salvitating on it and yes I may take a sniff but I also dont like the precipice of the $1 mark looming not so far away. You get a pissed off big holder they could just unleash a big position because they have essentially written it off. good luck
