they closed the deal on the 31st but if you saw, they did not pay all of the total cost for the deal yet, and until they still have current operating expenses and that settlement $ due mentioned.. hence why they are using this extra time and late filing 10q to continue to finish making money on shares while they still can before this thing starts to move, patience is key. Those of us that have been here for 2 years can keep waiting.. keep shorting it, that only gets us better prices while we still can!
