Well, even though this may be just another stinky pinky, in defense of the no assets, a shell doesn't have to have assets. Almost all have liabilities. When a merger is done, liabilities are dealt with. Any money owed to the current insiders is usually cancelled. Other liabilities are soaked up by the new entity. So the fact that there are no assets does not bother me in the least. Shells seldom (but now always) have any assets.

What does concern me is the increasing O/S shares. Bob obviously needs to sell shares so he can continue doing what he is doing, which is...what? I'm not talking about the rumors on this board, I am talking about what he is REALLY doing? Anybody know 100% what is going on? I doubt it. When a company starts increasing the O/S shares, that's when shareholders need to start worrying. Trust me on this. Been in this market for over 20 years. Been there and done that wayyyyy too many times.
