Blinko I agree with you in spirit, but if these companies were not here, those same companies would all be out of business. These are the companies that specialize in high risk investing and as a result, they expect allot from the company as they have to protect themselves. If you don't like them so much, come up with a better solution, you will be a millionaire over night, but the bottom-line, they are the last ditch/breath effort of many companies that are about to go out of business...for good. They are the last possible option for many companies. Don't be angry at the guys that give you a bad deal, be angry with the management teams that allowed your shares to become that worthless in the first place. This is like hating the bartender for serving the drink to the guy that gets a DUI...the DUI is on the MAN, not the bartender...You have scum financiers in your security due to piss poor execution....nothing more...has that changed...we will see
