Thoughts, Comments and Research on Publicly Traded Companies

[SLJB/LFWK]: Mr. Paul S. Davis (Paul Davis, "rrufff") - "This is still my biggest position..." Posted by the_worm06 | 8/17/2006 - Wednesday, August 16, 2006
Blog Post from http://theworm06.blogspot.com/

It is interesting to note promoter rrufff's comments below about SLJB being his biggest stock position out of dozens of stocks that he owns. rrufff, together with promoter John M. Holen ("jmhollen"), has a reputation as an investor in companies that tend to be fraudulent and have a significant amount of promotional activity, including a substantial amount of fluff press releases and spam faxes and emails, that are used during the companies' pump 'n dump phases.

As previously mentioned, rrufff is ignoring the fraudulent historical financial statements filed by SLJB/LFWK with pinksheets and also on SLJB's website.

HISC, the pump and dump stock that rrufff mentions below has now lost 90% of its value from the peak of the days when it was heavily hyped by rrufff. HISC was also heavily promoted by Johm M. Hollen.

Another stock, GCHR, has also lost about 90% from its peak when rrufff was heavily promoting it, down to the current $0.005/share, which is the exact price projected by the_worm06 Research Department (here is the_worm06's stock price prediction: http://snipurl.com/roko). GCHR was also heavily promoted by John M. Hollen.

Pay attention as Mr. Paul Davis hypes and promotes SLJB in this posted message on Silicon Investor: http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=22705505

Is Arizona attorney Ron Logan aiding international penny stock fraud?

U.S. penny stocks are being used as a conduit for money laundering and illegal pump and dump activities around the world. The SEC turns its back and, while international in scope and conducive to criminal activities and fraud upon unsuspecting individuals and investors and to money laundering or even aiding terrorists, these transactions may be going on, at least in part, in your own back yard, or at least in your own state. And you or a neighbor may become a victim if they are not reigned in. The world wide internet combined with SEC's Reg S and lax enforcement of rules and laws already on the book have made it all too easy for these criminals to 'reach out and touch someone'.

Below are two posts from offshorebusiness.com message board:
http://www.offshorebusiness.com/message_board.asp

They are written by a Mr. Ron Logan of Logan & Geotas, PLC, Phoenix, Arizona, the Arizona attorney for the Bellador Group,(http://www.belladorgroup.com), a boiler room operation located in Kuala Lumpur and Dubai, etc and a Mr.Taylor from that boiler room, or penny stock sales group itself. These types of questionable penny stock operators are allowed to deal in U.S.penny stocks to the detriment of U.S. and other retail investors and shares are not generally audited by the SEC that looks the other way so far.

Note that Bellador's Arizona attorney Logan lauds the corrupt, even criminal, management of Mr.Dwight Cantrell and Mr.Robert Johnson of Endovasc in Montgomery, Texas and has the nerve to claim the company is being 'naked shorted’, meaning non-existent shares are being dumped by some unnamed party or broker.

'Bellador has been a strong supporter of the efforts of Endovasc to fight the naked shorting.'

Sulja Bros. (SLJB.PK) EMAAR , UAE
By another Mid East-U.S. penny scam ? on 8/22/2006 4:38:24 PM

I received this from yet another naive investor (maybe we should start a club). I am overloaded with penny stock fraud scams and many do seem to have Middle East connections and always using unaudited U.S. penny stock shares as their currency. Has it always been this way or has Middle East interest and use of U.S. penny stocks actually increased since the W Bush regime has come to power?

Anyway if anyone has any info on this particular fraud (I now take it for granted U.S. pink sheets or OTCBB companies, even more so with Middle East connections are frauds),please let me know. If anyone knows anything about this particular scam I will pass it on to the person enquiring.

I'm beginning to think some folks in the SEC particularly Bush appointees should be rounded up and jailed under the Patriot Act or whatever for allowing exactly what they and W Bush ASSURED US WAS NOT OCCURING AND WOULD NOT OCCUR IN DUBAI,UAE POST 9/11.

Even when George W Bush was trying to sell U.S. operations to that UAE ports company a while back he repeated his lying false promise that fraud and money laundering no longer occurred among his Saudi/Kuwaiti/Dubai/UAE friends.

'Allies’, so he claimed, it was safe to sell our ports to the UAE.NO DOUBT W MIGHT HAVE SAID THE SAME BEFORE 9/11 ABOUT WHAT A GOOD IDEA IT WAS TO HIRE THAT KUWAITI FIRM MARVIN BUSH WAS A PARTNER IN TO 'PROTECT' THE WTC AND DULLES AIRPORT. HAH.

Here is the email I received :

I recently read your article "SEC Covers up UAE Money Laundering with U.S. Stocks" I recently purchased shares of an unaudited stock Sulja Bros. (SLJB.PK). Press Releases speak of enormous deals with UAE companies, including the mother of all companies, EMAAR. Well, my reason for writing is, is there any way to know if this company is for real, or whether I have been had in a brilliant scam. Thanks for any info
