Just curious if he's had a serious "Board of Directors" meeting with himself recently and actually calculated just how much interest his penny scam accumulates every single month.

Here's a hint: HHSE's legal judgements and loan interest debts alone are well into the mid six figures. I haven't even accounted for fines and associated legal penalties.
