Q/Q operating cost increase of only 20% (1+1, starting to equal 3)
last Q non-operation EXPENSE of $4.53M
this Q non-operation INCOME of $2.37M
last Q net loss $5.17M
this Q POSITIVE NET INCOME OF $1.80M!!!!
