Good Afternoon,

I can understand your frustration.

Today was a good day to add and I did indeed.

Every once in a while you can get the feel of a stock and how it trades.

It moves down in the morning and it is MM manipulation. Or with most trades is the algorithmic settings that guides the swings.

With respect to VRUS and now, no dilution and on occasion as you watch the tape the spread or hidden (not show a particular price) is indicative that the setup allows any particular buy or in many cases sells to dictate the action.

The negative factor on most pennystocks is shorty. The participation of shorty is your number one concern and with respect to - VRUS - is a huge factor considering that Monaker is the seller.

I have mentioned this many times that shorty watches and coattails Notes and large holders that makeup a large portion of the daily volume.

Note holders are a very intrinsic part of how a company obtains financing and it is in this venue where shorty hangs his hat and is in your sandbox for the last 5 sessions.

For most, this is an emotional task and appears there are many who fall in this trap.

Many of these third tier companies have affiliates scattered around the world and since US cannot short pennystocks, it is their affiliates on the other hand that follow the notes. Smart pennytraders know where their hangouts are.

Company's do not dilute, but needs to attract interests that eventually does effect the SS. However, the company does have to gave notice whenever it involves itself for the need to raise capital.

For this to move back up was in the session of today and was very predictable as it will be until we get an announcement and it will be going forward. This issue generally moves up near end of session and I expect this as well with VRUS.

The conference yesterday was a positive event and frankly how some amateurs here today felt it was a dud, which is foolish amateur talk. We have quite a few on this thread. These conferences never leave with orders, they usually come in weeks time and I feel it was a positive presentation on VRUS part and the results will come.

The company's fundamentals has not changed and this issue is a strong buy on everything under .02

Have a good day
