Agree and this is one of the only times I have seen a purchase of commons by a group like Maxim.

“The Shares issued to Maxim represented, upon issuance, 49.99% of our then issued and outstanding shares of common stock.”

Far from over here imo but have to let it play out and watch for the trading ops.
