I agree with both of your perspectives.

Profitability and sustained revenue growth are needed before considering a reverse split. Then I’m down regardless of where the PPS sits. Without those two things it would be a wealth destroyer almost certainly.

However, I do also feel like it is an inevitability. Necessary even for the capital structure to pass the sniff test when new investors take a look.

In my opinion we are 1 year out from from reaching those goals while still having room to run to help sell the story during an uplist. Nasrat went with a more conservative 1-2 years. Likely wanting to wait until that second big CNS ANDA is approved late 2020. (plus some wiggle room) I’m cool with that too.
