There is no such document. There is no such deal. It’s all a fairy tale.

There’s no “liquidation dividend” coming whatsoever, that only happens when the value of the assets pays off all the debt. That did no happen on this stock.

BioAmber is a pump and dump, and the fairy tales are used to support selling the stock for a flipper’s profit.
