Some Miscellaneous Thoughts and Comments about this board and $PRED, 11-14-19

New account, longtime lurker, take my uneducated comments for what you will.

- So far, the 'good' outweighs the 'bad', and this does appear to be a good investment (particularly at $1 per share).

- I do not have any faith in Bradley Robinson to create a blockbuster company. He has no relevant experience in doing so, and has in the past been in legal trouble for making huge, unrealistic, and fraudulent claims to investors (https://www.courthousenews.com/algae-water-hey/). Salt Lake City, while almost completely free of violent crime, is known as a hotbed for white collar crime and fraudulent schemes.

- Why was a sales company, FlagshipSailsRX LLC, given millions of cashless shares? As far as I can tell, this company may or may not even exist, and only has 4 employees? Am I reading something wrong, or was this company given millions upon millions of dollars in shares that they can sell at any time with no cost basis?

- $PRED is borrowing large amounts of money from a company called Qyu Holdings, utilizing a revolving loan agreement. This company seems to make its money off of trading currencies on the foreign exchange markets. In another strange detail, both Brad Robinson and his brother are named directors of a related company called Qyu Technologies, based in Panama? Is there anything shady going on here?

- S.A. Advisory is run by one guy from Utah who posts here under the username ‘snakess’. His opinions are essentially useless, do not take them to heart.

- Speaking of useless opinions, do not trust anything that Barry from hotstocks.nyc says. He has been a serial liar, convicted criminal and scam artist for 5 decades, and he’s not suddenly changing now.

- While I am automatically suspicious of the posters who continually post negative comments every day (shorts whose opinions should be completely disregarded), I am also keen to ignore the posters who write the same mindlessly optimistic posts every day with no new information or sources. To be honest, the negative posters have been more accurate in their predictions so far.

- A deal to provide their diagostics throughout the fertility clinics of China has the potential to bring in a lot of money. Plus, despite the lack of faith in the CEO, the team that he has assembled around him are real winners and experienced industry veterans – these guys joined PRED to make a profit and you can be damned sure they are going to. Also, by all accounts, Predictive has truly world class facilities (labs), valuable assets (genetic database), auditors (Deloitte) and law firm (WSGR).

- I believe that once the share price reaches the $4 level again (which it will, eventually) the Nasdaq uplist will be imminent and we will see a very sharp increase in share prices. Where it goes from there depends on the earnings and continued positive announcements and growth/revenues.
