NIO Investors, Check your stock brokerage history acccount. A couple days ago, it is likely that you have been charged a large ADR fee by the NIO stock issuer (JC Morgan). Did any of you receive a notice about this fee for simply owning NIO shares? My fidelity account got charged approximatly $400 , and my schwab account got charged almost $600 for owning and having traded NIO shares.

Do we as NIO investors have a say in this fee structure controlled by the stock issuer JC morgan? I thought the fees are high.

What do each of you thnk of this ADR fee?
