KKR said that they would not bring LCY back to the stock exchange in their deal or something like that

so lets buy Bioamber and turn every LCY into Bioamber and LCY shareholders will get a 1/1 of $BIOAQ


and Bioamber is bigger and stronger with everything still on the stock exchange
