How do I reconcile additional shares added to the float. If they are not paying for any research and the patch is ready after testing by Dr. Tan, why dilute shareholder value? If there are no additional expenses and everything is good, what gives? Are they diluting to keep the lights on? That's even worse than diluting to pay for research.
