That's what happened in that other company was the CEO and other insiders by definition of SEC where selling stock while pumping the company.

I would guess the same thing is goiog on here.

One more note that it is highly unusual not to list the direct and indirect stock ownership of Mr. Fuschino in the corporate financial filings.
