Speaking of using new shares for acquisitions, I wonder if CDEx will buy any of Griff's and Strickland's affiliated companies.

IPIX is already gone. All that valuable revolutionary tech and products for homeland security - bought at a bankruptcy liquidation auction held by a real estate auctioneer BEFORE Griff had enough shares to buy the company for 30,000,000 freshly printed CDEx shares to his buddies.

Oh well, I'm sure it makes sense to look at acquisitions when you can't even fund development of your own backburnered projects ... yeah ... I follow that. If you can't even fund your own incredibly valuable internal products, it makes sense to acquire more tech/products that you also can't fund development of. As long as the shares go to your buddies to take their penny stock companies off their hands.

Man, pass the bong. I want a few puffs of the bowl Griffin is smoking.

Yeah, I'd totally trust this guy with another 50,000,000 shares.

Hey, anybody seen the Doritos around here .... I'm hungry.

What does it say about Griff's belief in the value of CDEx's existing products and tech when Griff claims that he can raise at most $3-4M of cash (about one year's burn rate), and he expects to use some of that money for ACQUISITIONS! He cannot even fund the internal tech programs, butt he would rather spend the money to ACQUIRE something else instead. Wow, he must really have faith in the revolutionary tech, huh?
