They can see them and they will drop the price down quickly to steal your shares, then it pops right back up. I've had that happen to me.

In fact, I've had them just jump down and steal my shares, with no other trades anywhere near my stop limit.

I never put stops anymore on OTC. It's just a big sign to MM's "come steal my shares"
