Diddy: I have NEVER said Griffin is an honest guy! What I had said was that he "appears" to be the good-buddy, honest Joe type because he is able to play that role - and I said that sarcastically (I'll try to find my post about that in a few minutes).

I saw him for what he is when he played the "I voluntarily handed in my worthless stock options" sob story - he's Tomscheboy in IPIX cloting. I wrote then:

Gee, how generous - Jim turned back his worthless UNDERWATER stock options and now will regrant himself and his buddies 5-7% of the company out of the NEWLY AUTHORIZED shares at a much lower exercise price!!!

What a guy!!!!! What a SACRIFICE!!!!

Butt FIRST, he's going to DRAIN the PPers stone some more - now offering warrants as an additional inducement - THEN he'll hit them with the PIPE!

"Call me - we have a discounted PP offering with warrant coverage. If you call before midnight tonight, you'll get a 10% increase in worthless options!!! Operators are waiting now."

I'll try to find my "honest Joe" post and show you that it was sarcastically meant. Griffin has proven himself to be a MP4316-caliber liar/conman in the few short communications he has made already. He is just a lot smoother in person than MP4316.
