I emailed IR regarding the status on the finance deal and received a very nice reply from the CEO, David Lesser. This is his full reply....


Unfortunately the financing has taken longer than I would have expected but that is the world of today. We are working towards closing shortly but, needless to say, nothing is done until it is done at which point we will make a public announcement.
