We are near the end of authorized share limit . The S1 states that the O/S
level could be 4.583 billion ,if the warrants and conversion rights are exercised (not likely at this pps level) (the gorilla in the mist).That is not counting the 625 million shares now up for sale - total of 5.2 billion
which must remain available. That's 800 million short of the 6 billion .
I'm sure Marco and his buddies will get bonuses at end of year -the R/S
is close on the horizon -or should we call it the EVENT HORIZON ,as we approach the BLACK HOLE ?
