Maurices recently joined the footprint build out extension of the Target store here. 4 other big box chain stores surround them with growing small retailers grabbing leases in adjacent available spaces.

Most down town area suffer as these new zones typically are on the edge or "bypass", as it did here in a town of 5,000. Our little downtown is thriving with different types of business coming including a gourmet restaurant, w/specialty unique impulse combination of clothing and gifts. It looks like it will be very successful.

Retail is far from dead. JMO
